The USCG Base is located at Seattle Pier 36 on the Downtown Seattle Waterfront. The base can be said to be located on the south end of the Seattle city in the Sodo district which is not very far from the Pioneer Square.

The parking available within the base is limited in the morning hours and it normally opens up only at the time of the afternoon. The parking is also available on Alaskan Way S:

The lunch, dinner and beer are served at the base by the Pyramid Ale House that is located at a distance of only one block from the base.
