Saint Edward State Park is a wooden fort playground which has been built by volunteers. It has been identified as one of the great playgrounds for families having kids of different age groups:

- The park has been structured in a manner that the little ones can play in a fenced tot area.

- The older kids can use the turrets to play hide and seek.
- The older kids can also play around the suspension bridges and the raised walkways of the main playground.
- The other attractive features of the park are the presence of a rock-climbing wall, a balance beam and mock ferry.
- There are seven miles of beautiful trails which are also a part of the park.
- There is an old seminary building present in the park which includes a kitchen, a dining hall, classrooms and dormitories. In addition, laundry and chapel facilities are also available.
- Yet other facilities offered in the park are a gymnasium, an indoor swimming pool, two tennis courts, six handball courts, an athletic field, picnic areas, etc.
- Not only this, the park provides parking and a one mile horse trail also present in the park.
