The Seattle Community Network (SCN) is a free public-access computer network. It has a partnership with the Seattle Public Library.
Originally, SCN was one of projects of the Seattle Chapter of Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility. However later it was incorporated as a separate non-profit organization:

It is an all-volunteer organization. The primary source of funds is the donors who contribute to this network.
