
Downtown Emergency Service Center in Seattle
Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) serves the disabled and vulnerable homeless adults, and is one of the largest multiservice centers for homeless adults in the Pacific Northwest.
Different programs are offered by the center including the permanent supportive housing, etc. the other services that are also offered include shelter for the night, clinical and emergency services, etc. The center is committed to offer continuous care to the disabled.
The total staff of the center is close to 300. The center receives funds from the city, state, country and federal governments.
