Seattle Underground Tour

During your travel in Seattle WA, would you like to have a leisurely guided tour just beneath the sidewalks and streets of Seattle? Roam the subterranean paths that used to be the main roadways and first floor storefronts of historic old downtown Seattle. Guides will fill you with the stories that our pioneers wouldn't want you to hear. You can say it's a learning history but with more twists.

It was Bill Speidel who created the Bill Speidel's Underground Tour. He guided paying customers on a tour of what was left after the great fire in Pioneer Square. He paid the rent to the owners of the building just to be able to tour customers underground. He told tales from Seattle's history which may be more factual than some. This gives the tour a unique counterculture atmosphere that made it an "Underground" tour.

Overtime, the Underground tour attracted more visitors and have become even more popular. The structures underground have been restored to make it more visually realistic. It remains as one of the special destinations for locals and visitors alike during a travel to Seattle.
