Intro to Seattle Belltown
One of the best parts about urban tourism is that when you walk about cities exploring the places that make it up, you often run into some or the other kooky spots that make the entire exploration worth your while. Most Seattle Hotel reviews you look through won't really tell you this, but some of the best places to visit when in a city are some of the older neighbourhoods.
1. Suburbia Turns Modern
Formerly a low rent industrial estate, the place has recently reinvented itself to become a hip and happening centre dotted with nightclubs, boutiques and restaurants. So much so that Belltown is now the global headquarters of Real Networks-the online music major. Nw if that doesn't define a place as really in with the times, I don't know what does.

2. Town Review
When a part of town has a website dedicated to itself, you can be sure that it really has something to offer. Belltown is a place that has a lot to offer in terms of food, night life, shopping and even living. The belltown.org website is a one stop place for all the information on belltown that you would ever need. And with a wide variety of links to businesses and events in town, you can learn all you ever wanted to know about the place here.

3. Automobile Association of America
When the Automobile Association of America features a place in their list of must visit destinations, you know that it has truly arrived on the traveller and tourist scene. Via, the AAA magazine terms Belltown the Cinderella story of Seattle and with good reason too. What was once a different sort of neighbourhood has now become the classiest address in town.
