The park is located at broad street, 2901 Western Avenue and its hours are 6 am to 9 pm from May to September and 7 am to 8 pm from October to April.

One may enter the park from bottom or from top, starting from either the western avenue pavilion or the waterfront walkway. In any case, the experience would be different from the other, each welcoming the visitor in its unique way.
