As Interstate-5 runs several blocks away, the museum is very easy to navigate by vehicle. If you are coming from north, such as East Lake, Wallingford, and University District, take 1-5 south to Boylston Avenue. Take exit #168A and veer left on Ronaoke Park. Keep driving and turn right onto 10th Avenue East. Then take a left onto East Prospect Street. The entrance of the museum is located at the junction of East Prospect Street and 14th Avenue East.
If you are traveling to Seattle Asian Art Museum from the south, including Downtown area, First Hill, and Broadway, head north on I-5 towards Olive Way. Take exit #166 and drive up the hill. Take a left onto 15th Avenue East and another left onto East Prospect Street. The entrance of the park is at the intersection of East Prospect Street and 14th Avenue East.

Seattle Asian Art Museum doesn't open to public every day and it will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, plus major national holidays including:
