Set up in 1983, the center had grown from a small cookery club to a big institution with six well-equipped kitchens and a wide range of cooking programs. The institution has an excellent team of faculty members including professional instructors, chefs and assistants. Noted culinary expert Marilyn McCormick is the current administrator of the center.
By joining the events and courses at the PCC Cooks, you can enjoy and explore a wide range of culinary creation. You can participate in the PCC Dinner classes, where you can learn about the food and drinks served at formal and informal dinners as well as different party time recipes.
