Belltown
A leisurely travel to Seattle, Washington can never be complete without a visit to Belltown. Located near the city's downtown waterfront, Belltown was originally an artificially flattened property as part of a city improvement project. Once hosting a semi-industrial, low-rent district, Belltown has evolved into one of the trendiest areas of Seattle. Belltown now hosts clusters of restaurants, nightclubs, bars, shopping establishments as well as art galleries and warehouses.
A visit to Belltown is an all-important part of Seattle traveling. As Seattle's trendiest district, Belltown has numerous cultural and entertainment landmarks that present the city's vibrant character. Many restaurants like Rendezvous, Mama's Mexican Kitchen, The Lava Lounge, Ohana, The Crocodile Cafe, and Shorty's draw loyal crowds and tourists. Art galleries feature the latest collections of promising artists, and present many opportunities for travelers to purchase fine pieces. Weekends promise great partying, with an excellent nightlife offered by its many nightclubs and bars.
